Buyer information

The application records order contents, payment status, the checkout email, timestamps and delivery status to fulfill purchases. Stripe handles payment details; the application does not store card numbers.

Data storage

Supplied agent CSV files are held in private Vercel Blob storage. Customer downloads require a valid, expiring purchase link and a paid order. Real records are not included in public browser previews or test purchases.

Service providers

The application uses Vercel for hosting and private file storage, Neon PostgreSQL for order and owner-session records, Stripe for checkout, and Resend for transactional emails. Production and preview order databases are separate.

Owner access and logs

Owner administration requires an allowlisted email sign-in link. Application error logs avoid payment credentials and raw source records. Public data pages show aggregate counts and column descriptions only.

Before sales open

This draft will be completed with the seller’s identity, support contact, retention schedule and privacy request procedure before purchases open.
