One-time, nonexclusive access

A purchase licenses the selected dataset version for the buyer’s internal business use. The same dataset may be licensed to other buyers. There is no subscription, exclusive territory or promise of future updates.

No resale or redistribution

Buyers may not resell, sublicense, publish, share or redistribute the purchased files or their contact records to third parties.

Contact data and responsible use

Access to a contact record does not establish permission to call, email or text that individual. Buyers are responsible for applicable permissions, suppression obligations and lawful use. Source inclusion does not guarantee current licensing, deliverability, Medicare activity or business outcomes.

Files and access

Purchased files retain their release version. Multi-state downloads remove duplicate NPNs within each category. Download access expires seven days after confirmed payment; refunded or disputed orders lose access.

Before sales open

The seller’s business identity, support contact, refund policy and final customer terms will be published before purchases open. Test orders deliver fictional sample records only.
